Arizona Desert Gems (ADG) is a non-profit amateur synchronized swim team and a member of USA Synchro. ADG is based in North Phoenix, Arizona. The team philosophy is to have fun, while every team member realizes their full physical, mental, and emotional potential in synchronized swimming.

The mission of ADG is to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of young girls in the metropolitan Phoenix area through the sport of synchronized swimming at all levels of age and competition. ADG will provide opportunities to learn and develop sportsmanship, integrity, character, social skills and friendships.

We strive to create a positive environment where our swimmers can learn to be good team members, set goals, learn time management and be well-rounded athletes and students. Our coaches not only have extensive synchronized swimming knowledge, but are also good communicators and good role models.
